Jeffery L. "Jeff" Carvoo, 46 of Neffs, Ohio died Sunday, July 13, 2008 at home.

He was born March 23, 1962 in New Martinsville, WVa., a son of the late Thomas J. and Ottie B. Fluharty Carvoo.

Jeff was an employee of Park Health Center in St. Clairsville for the past 10 years.

Surviving are his wife, Lela "Sue" Palmer Carvoo; two daughters, April (John) Stevey of Mingo Junction, Anna Carvoo and her fiancée Eric Turvey, Jr. of the home; 3 grandchildren, Layla Logue, Justine Stevey, and Haile Turvey; sisters, Helen Street of Morristown, Vanessa Clark of Bellaire, and Connie Carvoo of Jacobsburg; brothers, Thomas L. and Terry Carvoo both of South Carolina; and his faithful pet companion, Summer.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. with Ron Morgan officiating. Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire.
