Jeffrey Thomas Birch, 71, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died March 16, 2022, in Wheeling Hospital.

He was born June 1, 1950, in Wheeling, WV., a son of the late Jesse W. and Lillian Eubanks Birch.

Jeff was a loving husband father and grandfather who knew no strangers. He was an employee of the West Virginia Public Service Commission and had served in the National Guard.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, J. William Birch II.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Debra Birch; three children, Serena (Aaron) Travis, Brandon Bryant, and Alexis Birch; three grandchildren, Farah, Cooper, and Adeline Travis; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barbara Horvath and Kenny Marsh; a special aunt, Judy Holmes; and his special friends that became family.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 1-3 and 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m.
