Jay R. Duncan, 50 of Beech Grove, IN, passed away July 5, 2022. He was born May 6, 1972, in Bellaire, Ohio.

Jay received his bachelor's degree in communications from IUPUI and was the operations manager for IU Network for 17 years.

Jay is survived by his parents, James and Nancy Steadman Duncan, and a brother, Joseph Duncan, and was preceded in death by brother, James Sean Duncan.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 1 p.m. in Old Wegee Methodist Church, Cash Ridge Rd., Shadyside, Ohio, with Barbara Roman officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
