Jason Paul Balcar, age 51, a graduate of OSU in civil engineering, a golfer, a pilot, and owner of BBR Drilling Co.; and a wonderful son, brother and friend, passed away on June 14, 2022.  He is survived by his two sisters, Jennifer Balcar and Jill Buecker; and his mother, Linda Balcar, and other relatives. We are heartbroken from this sudden and tremendous loss. May he rest in peace.  A celebration of life visitation and service will be held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 4pm to 6pm.
