Janice Elaine Ramsay, 73, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2023, in WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.

She was born June 12, 1949, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Grace Lucille Davis Dunfee and Oliver Conrad Dunfee.

Janice was a retired teacher's aide from Bellaire City Schools. She was a member of the Jacobsburg Methodist Church. She enjoyed water aerobics at the Howard Long Wellness Center, Chick Church at Belmont UP Church, and "Girls Night Out" with retired school employees. Although, her world was her grandkids and she loved them all dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jordan Renee Bailey.

Janice is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Gary F. Ramsay; two children, Bryan (Renee) Ramsay and Kelli (Andy) May; five grandchildren, Devon "Sugar Bear" (John Duplaga) Bailey, Ty Ramsay, Mason (Logen Johnson) Ramsay, Ryan Crall and Chad Crall; three brothers, Philip Dunfee, Donald (Susan) Dunfee, and James Dunfee; nieces and nephews.

Honoring Janice's wishes there will be no public services. Private services will be at the convenience of the immediate family. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Janice to the Neffs Methodist Church.
