Janet Billingsley, 62, of Pineview 2 Group Home, Belmont, Ohio died August 27, 2021 at her home.

She was born August 22, 1959, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Russell Billingsley Sr. and Anna Mae Habig Billingsley.

Janet was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Rebecca McAninch and Patricia Smith; two nephews, Adam McAninch and Daniel Winland; and a niece, Sarah Billingsley.

Surviving are her four sisters, Diana Alltop, Tammy VanFossen, Mary Sable, Amy Winland; six brothers, Russell Jr., Clyde, Bruce Ron, Dave and Robert Billingsley; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jack Palmer officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.
