Obituary
James Lee Thrash Sr., 59, of Bethesda, Ohio died Friday, March 10, 2017 in Astoria Place of Barnesville.
He was born February 15, 1958 in Uniontown, Ohio, a son of the late John Thrash and Mary Lou Fife Thrash.
James was retired from Belco Works. He attended the St. Clairsville Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Sue Wallace Thrash and his son, James "Jimmy" Thrash Jr.
Surviving are his two daughters, Jennifer (Andy) Peklinsky of Triadelphia, WV and Julia Thrash of Orlando, FL; a granddaughter, Gracie Peklinsky; a grandson, Bentley Peklinsky; his mother-in-law, Vera Christy Wallace Perry; two brothers, David and Steve; two sisters, Debbie and Lorie; nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 4 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. with Everett Hutson officiating.
A private committal will be held at the convenience of the family in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Clairsville Church of Christ, P.O. Box 308, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
