Obituary
James E. Sills, 58, of Powhatan Point, died Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, WVa. He was born September 12, 1948 in Cambridge, Ohio, son of the late Tom and Gloria Secrest Sills.
James was a former employee of Undo?s West. He was a Methodist.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Mabalia Sills.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah Doty Sills; a son, James E. Sills II of the home; three brothers, John, Tom and Jerry Sills all of Byesville, Ohio; a sister, Ginger Heater of Oil City, Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, Ohio on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ric Hendrix officiating. Interment will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
