Ramsay, James S. "Tiny", 65 of Key, Ohio died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.

He was born at Canton, Ohio on December 4, 1944 a son of the late Samuel and Olive Fern Doyle Ramsay.

Jim was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel?s Steubenville North and South Plants, a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church at Key and a life member of the National Rifle Association.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Alta Renee Ramsay; sisters, Bette Bays Langley and Lillian Bays Reese.

He is survived by his daughter, Samala Jane Lutman of Dillonvale, Ohio; a sister, Mary Lou Bays Reese of Bellaire; brother, John Koci of Key; grandchildren, Ramsay Alexander Dunn, Abagail Lutman and Blake Elizabeth Lutman and special friend, Betty Ramsay.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, Ohio on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastors Kurt Turner and Betty Hanson officiating. Private committal will be held at the convenience of the family.
