James Brian Price, 55 of St. Clairsville passed away May 22 after an 18 month courageous battle with cancer.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac R. and Martha (Somerville) Price.  He is survived by sister, Jane (Doug) Wiggins and brother, William (Paula) Price, nieces, Shannon Wiggins, Lindsay (Matt) Toomey, Shelley Shade, nephew Brian Shade and great niece, Alexis Strehle and great nephews Kayden Strehle and Mason Johnson.

Jim was employed at West Texas Roadhouse and cherished the friendships with co-workers and friends at the Maynard Sportsman's Club, former softball teams and bowling leagues. A special thank you to Dr. Lowell Shinn, Dr. Mary Dilhoff, Dr. Husain, Dr. Abushahin and countless medical professionals at Wheeling Hospital, the James Cancer Center, Ellen at Valley Hospice, and Continuing Healthcare Solutions of Shadyside.

In lieu of flowers, envelopes will be available at the funeral home to support transportation of cancer patients of Belmont County. The address is Three C Cancer Support Group c/o Patricia Reischman, 236 Morgantown Ave., Barnesville, OH 43713.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 28 at 12-1:00 at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.  Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.
