ames M. Neff, Sr., 59, of Glencoe, OH died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at his home.  He was born May 19, 1961 in Bellaire, OH., a son of the late Richard and Martha Myers Neff.

Jim was a jack of all trades and master of none.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and loved working on cars.  He enjoyed playing knock and his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Neff; a brother, Joseph "Duke" Neff; a nephew, Chad Walls.

Surviving are three sons, James Neff, Jr., Jeremiah Klee and Jesse Neff; two step-sons, Danny and Scott Wines; his fiance, Kim Baratie; siblings, Shirley White, Rick (Paula) Neff, Ed (Eva) Neff, Jackie Wright and Karen (Keith Baratie) Neff; seven grandchildren; many nieces and nephews

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.

Private family viewing and services will be held at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
