Foy, James Y., 91, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Forest Hill Nursing Home.

He was born February 17, 1919 in Alabama, son of the late Oscar and Gertrude Baker Foy.

Jim was a retired Stock Broker with Prudential Bache. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and a member of the Saints Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Madge Davenport.

Surviving are his wife, Stephanie Kaczor Foy; a son, John Foy and his wife Elena of South Vienna, Ohio; and a granddaughter, Joni Beth Foy of Columbus, Ohio.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 5 p.m. until time of services at 6 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, with Belmont County Council of American Legions conducting Full Military Honors followed by a service with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating. A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National World War II Memorial.
