James W. Clifford, 80, of St. Clairsville, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006 at his home.
He is the father of Sherry Bumgardner of St. Clairsville; a brother, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Trail Fire Department or the St. Clairsville Police Department.
