James A. Kuhn's Obituary
James A. Kuhn, 77, of Adena, died Thursday, June 4, 2015 in Liza's Place.
He was born in Bellaire, on May 13, 1938, son of the late Alex Kuhn and Gilda Patch Kuhn.
Jim was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a hard working avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and horses.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his soul mate and loving wife of 45 years, Sandra Moody Kuhn; and an infant son, James Michael Kuhn.
Surviving are four children, Sherry (Peggy) Kuhn of Wheeling, James (Theresa) Kuhn of Martins Ferry, Joseph Kuhn of St. Clairsville and Jason (Amanda) Kuhn of St. Clairsville; 5 grandchildren Anthony (Amanda), Kylie, Haylea, James and Landon; a great grandson Antonio; a brother, Joseph Kuhn of Bellaire and a sister, Debbie Bishop of Florida; nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of Service at 12 p.m. with Rev. Byron McElroy officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liza's Place.
