CICERO, James A. "Jim", 65, of Wheeling, West Virginia, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 surrounded by those who loved and cared for him.
He was born October 12, 1946 in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of the late James Michael Cicero and Virginia Rose (Binkowski) Cicero.
Jim was retired from Contractor Supply Co., Wheeling WV; He was a Catholic by faith; a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club's, Wheeling Chapter.
Surviving are his two sons, Jimmy Cicero of Wheeling, West Virginia. and Brent Cicero of Elkton, Maryland; two grandchildren, Breanne and Aiden; three sisters, Diane (Ken) Wycherley of Southington, Connecticut, Andrea (Mike) Bigelow of Belmont, Ohio; Stacey (Kevin) Donahue of Martins Ferry, Ohio; a brother, Tony (Beckie) Cicero of St. Clairsville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Private Services with Full Military Honors will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
