Jacqueline C. Chonoski, 80 of Apopka, Fla., formerly of Morristown, Ohio died Saturday, August 14, 2004 at her home.
She was born at Saginaw, Mich. July 21, 1924 a daughter of the late Norvin and Mary Fassezke Moulton.
Jacqueline was a retired social worker for the Belmont County Dept. of Jobs and Family Services. She was a loved and loving mother and grandmother who supported and encouraged her children and grandchildren to work hard and strive of their goals. Jacqueline was a humble person to those who were less fortunate and a mentor to her friends and family. Her kindness and wisdom has made an impact that is eternal.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Joseph Chonoski, Jr.; a granddaughter, Lucretia McMaster and a sister, Lois Hostler.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda Diane Hyust of Apopka, Fla., and Sue Ann Cobb of Cambridge, Ohio; one son, Robert Joseph Chonoski, III of Annapolis, Maryland; two sisters, Geraldine Viers of Hartland, Michigan and Beverly Langer of East Liverpool, Ohio; one brother, Norvin Moulton of Goodrich, Michigan; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio. Funeral services and burial will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray, Pennsylvania.
