Jack Phillip Hess, 59, of Glencoe, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born October 19, 1966 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Jack was retired from recycling and thrifting.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan,  enjoyed traveling, sandy beaches, sunning, camping, boating, WWE, classic television shows, monster trucks and giving everyone unique nick names.  Most of all, Jack enjoyed keeping track of all of the kids in the family and reported their whereabouts and activity.

Jack will leave many beautiful memories for his family, Tom and Kim Garloch of Glencoe; Courtney and E.J. Slocum of Glencoe, Piper Garloch of Glencoe, Katie and Michael Farrabee of Batesville and several "littles" that he had actively participated in life with.  Jack leaves behind several family friends with special nick names.

As per his request, no visitation or services are planned.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
