John A. "Andy" Palmer, Sr., 29, of Mingo Junction, OH died Friday, October 22, 2021 in Flushing, OH.  He was born February 23, 1992 in Danville, IL., a son of Adrian Castillo and Leanna Heatherington Johnson.

Andy was a landscaper and a former salesman for Kirby Sweepers.  He enjoyed everything outdoors, shooting guns, riding ATV's, fishing, but most of all, he loved his music.

Preceding him in death was his maternal grandmother, Marian Masters.

Surviving are his mother and step-father, Leanna and Matthew Johnson of Mingo Junction; his father, Adrian Castillo of Proctor, WV; his children, John Andrew Palmer, Jr. and Jayden Alexander Palmer, both of Mingo Junction; siblings, Alicia Benbennick, Faith Goddard, Payton Palmer, Kristin Gear, Aundria Castillo, Zoey Castillo, Neveah Castillo, Adrian M. Castillo; paternal grandparents, Jeri E. and Stephen Miller of Proctor; two nephews and one niece.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 1-5 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services at 5 pm with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
