Isabelle Allison Greenlee, age 90, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday, July 13, 2003 at Forest Hill Nursing Home, St. Clairsville. She was born December 19, 1912 at Rock Hill, Bellaire, daughter of the late J. Everett and Grace Coleman Giffin.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church at St. Clairsville, where she was a member of the choir and Presbyterian Women; she was a Belmont County 4-H Advisor; a member of the Farm Bureau; the Homemakers and the Hilltoppers.
In addition to her parents, Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband, J. Edward Greenlee; a sister, Jean Mallernee; and four brothers, Bernard, Lowell, Roger and Robert Giffin.
Surviving are three daughters, Grace Niemiec of St. Clairsville, Virginia Wildermuth of Mount Perry, OH and Edna Guillot of Trinity, TX; five sons, John Greenlee of Sanford, ME, James K. Greenlee of Kettering, OH, Thomas R. Greenlee, Sr. of Ashville, NC, Robert Greenlee of Washington, DC and Charles W. Greenlee of Morganfield, KY; twenty grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Tuesday, July 15th from 6 to 9 p.m. Visitation will also be held at First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Homer Harden officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
