Ida V. "Peg" McMillan, 74, of St. Clairsville, OH died Friday, August 27, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.  She was born June 27, 1947 in Martins Ferry, OH., a daughter of the late Perry Ochsenbine and William "Bud" Hercules and Leona Mae Smith Hercules.

Peg was the former owner/operator of Super Scissors in Martins Ferry and a member of Harbor of Hope Church.  She was active in the Hope Missions and the Ladies Bible Study Group.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mickey McMillan in 1979.

Surviving are three daughters, Johnett McMillan of St. Clairsville, Cheryl (Thomas) Gordon of Maynard, OH and Wendy (David) Mankin of Barnesville, OH; siblings Thomas (Kim) Ochsenbine of Colerain, OH, Donna (Gilbert) Daudy of Maynard and Leona Sue Bobot of St. Clairsville; grandchildren, William Cori McMillan, Jossett McMillan, Ben Mankin, Dirk Mankin, Chase Mankin and Brian Gordon; great grandchildren, Silas McMillan, Zebidiah McMillan, Oliver McMillan, Ezekiel McMillan and Chase Gordon.

At the request of the family, facial masks will be required.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.  Friends will again be received on Wednesday from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm at Harbor of Hope Church, St. Clairsville with Pastor Dean Myers officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
