Bennington, III, Herbert Roy. "Fonz", 33, of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Sunday, January 17, 2010 at City Hospital, Bellaire.

He was born at Bellaire on November 18, 1976 a son of Herbert R. Bennington, Jr. and Albretta "Bertie" Arn Bennington.

He was a self employed mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Herbert and Almeda Bennington, Sr.; John Arn, Sr. and William Heatherington; a brother-in-law, James Stonebreaker, Jr.

He is survived by his parents, Herb and Bertie Bennington of Shadyside; one son, Herbert Roy Bennington, IV; three daughters, Haileigh, Hauna and Heather Bennington all of Jacobsburg; his long time girl friend, Tonya Ray; sisters, Wendy and Paul Stonebreaker of Armstrongs Mills and Rhonda and James Willis of Bellaire; maternal grandmother, Leona Arn of Shadyside; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a great nephew.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will follow the visitation with Pastor Jeff Lewis officiating.
