White, Henry Jay, 80, of Flushing, died Thursday, May 13, 2010 at his home.
He was born May 31, 1929 in Flushing, son of the late Paul and Margaret White.
Henry J. was a retired employee of Consolidation Coal Company and was a lifelong farmer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lee Meyers White.
Surviving are two sons, Thaddeus J. White and his wife Marilyn of Flushing and Paul E. White and his wife Carmen of Centerburg, Ohio; 8 grandchildren, Melissa (Chad) Bower, T. J. White, Eric (Bethany) White, Erin (Casey) Mayo, Evan, Kinnis, Shane and Sydney White; 3 great grandchildren, Leigh Ann, Brooke and Landen Bower.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Sunday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. with a Vigil Service on Sunday at 2:45 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Paul?s Catholic Church, Flushing, with Father Frederick Kihm as celebrant. Burial will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing.
