Morgan, Henry R. III, 51, of St. Clairsville, died Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, West Virginia.

He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on December 27, 1957, son of Nancy J. Martin Morgan Pelkey and the late Henry Rennard Morgan Sr.

Henry was a farmer and mechanic and loved Nascar Racing.

In addition to his father, Henry was preceded in death by his stepfather, Charles H. Pelkey; and stepbrother, Dennis Pelkey.

Surviving are his mother, Nancy J. Pelkey; two brothers, Clarence E. (Tina) Morgan of Bridgeport and Henry Rennard Morgan Jr. of St. Clairsville; niece, Jaime L. Morgan of Bridgeport; nephew, Justin L. Morgan of Moundsville; several other nieces and nephews; and friend, Joe Burch.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009 from 2 to 5 p.m., where services will be held on Friday, Jan. 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., with Maryann Droll officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery, Warnock, Ohio.
