Helen J. Foster Stonebraker, 85, of Centerville, Ohio, died peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born January 11, 1936, in Belmont, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles W. Foster and Lucy A. Ogilbee Foster.
Helen was the bookkeeper for Stonebraker's Garage in Centerville and a member of Centerville Christian Church and East Richland Friends Church. She was a Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Helen was a member of the Centerville Senior Center and enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Margaret Yost, Hazel Kemp and Audrey Christy; and a brother, Charles D. Foster.
Helen is survived by her husband of 68 years, Otis C. "Sonny" Stonebraker; three children, Julie Ann (Tom) Nagy, Gregory (Janet) Stonebraker, and Cathy Jo (David) Smith; a sister, Mary Jean Ramsay; seven grandchildren, Eric (Amy) Nagy, Michael (Rachel) Nagy, Ryan (Jennifer) Smith, Casey (Dan) Smith Utter, Jamie (Eric) Smith Frances, Jonathan Stonebraker, and Randy (Rachael) Stonebraker; and nineteen great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., where services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Centerville.
