Helen Mazzie, 77 of Bellaire, Ohio, formerly of Glencoe, Ohio, died Saturday, September 25, 2004 at Forest Hill Nursing Home in St. Clairsville.

She was born at Glencoe, Ohio on March 18, 1927 a daughter of the late Andy and Mary Sepac Mazzie.

Helen was a member of the Church of the Nazarene at Shadyside, Ohio.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four sisters, Mary Popish, Virginia, Annie and Rose Mazzie; and two brothers, Andy and Joe Mazzie.

Surviving are a niece, Linda Holub of Glencoe; two nephews, Rick Popish of Morgantown, West Virginia and Joe Mazzie of Barnesville, Ohio; 2 great nieces; 2 great nephews; and several great great nephews.

Friends will be received on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the Shadyside Church of the Nazarene in Shadyside, Ohio, on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at 1 p.m., with Rev. Dennis Hancock officiating. Burial follows at Glencoe Cemetery, Glencoe, Ohio.
