Helen M. Gonot Dalmas, of Pittsburgh, PA., formerly of St. Clairsville, New York and Florida died Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born in St. Clairsville, a daughter of the late Leo Gonot and Rose Bashour Gonot.

Helen was a retired employee of AT&T and a member of St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Pittsburgh.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reis Dalmas.

Surviving are five sisters, Nancy Pogoda of San Jose, California, Joan Gulajski of Silver Lake, Ohio, Lillian Gonot of Pittsburgh, Patty Jakubic of St. Clairsville, and Sandy Contis of Pittsburgh; sister-in-law Kathleen Gonot of St. Clairsville; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday with Fr. Thomas Chillog officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
