Heather Ann Dewey, 19 of Rand Avenue, St. Clairsville died Monday, August 4, 2003 at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born March 14, 1984 at Fort Campbell, KY the daughter of John W. and Melody Austin Dewey.

Heather was a 2003 graduate of St. Clairsville High School, a waitress at the Newellstown Diner, St. Clairsville and was enrolled as a student at Belmont Technical College.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Edward L. Dewey and a great aunt, Libby Dewey.

In addition to her parents, residents of St. Clairsville she is survived by her sister, Tanya Dewey at home; her paternal grandmother, Nancy Dewey of St. Clairsville; maternal grandparents, Art and Margaret Austin of St. Clairsville; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends my call at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with Everett Hutson officiating. Burial follows at Linwood Cemetery, Blaine.
