Hazel I. Sheba, 91, of Jacobsburg, Ohio died July 17, 2020 in Forest Hill Care Center, St. Clairsville.

She was born January 12, 1929 in McKeefrey, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Charles Edward "Chick" Williams and Bessie Lee Brown Williams.

Hazel was a retired U. S. Postal Services carrier. She was a protestant by faith and was a 1946 graduate from Bellaire High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Sheba; two sons, Gary "Pete" Sheba and Terry L. Sheba Sr. a son-in-law, Jeff Lantz; and an infant sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Lantz; daughter-in-law, Lora Sheba; a brother, Dale Williams; five grandchildren, Tami (Scott) Otoupal, Bobbi Jo (John) Kenney, Terry Sheba Jr., Joseph (Jen) Sheba and Melissa (Daniel) Magenicki; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A Memorial Graveside Service will be held in Powhatan Cemetery on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
