Obituary
ROBERTS, Hazel M., 94, of Medina, Ohio, died Monday, May 23, 2011 at Medina General Hospital.
She was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on June 12, 1916, daughter of the late George and Rosa Billick Smith.
Hazel was retired from Ohio County Schools. She was a member of the Miriam Chapter #1, Order of Eastern Star, White Shrine of Jerusalem and Isis Court #1, Ladies Oriental Shrine all in Wheeling.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George G. Roberts Sr.; and two brothers, George and Harry Smith.
She is survived by her two sons, George (Phyllis) Roberts of St. Clairsville and Daniel E. (Linda) Roberts of Medina; four grandchildren, Paula Murphy, George Roberts III, Dan Roberts Jr. and Chris Roberts; and 8 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Bradley Call officiating. Burial will follow in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park.
