Harry H. Milligan, 90 of East Main Street, Barnesville died Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at Barnesville Hospital. He was born September 16, 1912 at Beallsville a son of the late James and Arminta Brock Milligan.

He was a retired Superintendent for Bates and Rogers Construction and was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church at St. Clairsville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Stell.

Surviving are his wife, Sara Knox Milligan; two daughters, Janet Smith Nelson (Ed) of Fremont, Nebraska and Jeane Lake (Terry) of Statesville, NC; two sisters, Wilma Simmons of Alliance, OH and Gloria Miller (Richard) of Beallsville; four grandchildren, Hope Smith Ghaffari (Farhad) of Hampton, VA; Renee Smith Hunter (David) of Barnesville; Brent Smith of Duluth, GA and Misty Lake Warren (Jimmy) of Stateville, NC; five great grandchildren, Amber and Ryan Hunter; Amanda, Michael and Kevin Ghaffari; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from Noon until time of services at 2 p.m. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
