Harry Earl Miller, Jr., 97, of St. Clairsville, Ohio formerly of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Barnesville Hospital, Barnesville, Ohio.  He was born March 6, 1926, in Acton, Maine, a son of the late Harry E. and Dorothy Dyer Miller, Sr.

Harry was retired from the former Bean's Foundry in Martins Ferry, Ohio as a office manager and worked as a automobile runner for Whiteside Chevrolet in St. Clairsville.  Harry proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy during WW II and was a member of East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George Miller; two sisters, Elizabeth Miller and Almira Miller.

Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth L. Comman Miller of St. Clairsville; his children, Stuart E. (Shawn) Miller of Belmont, Dean E. (Sue) Miller of St. Clairsville and Amy B. Cole of Belmont; four grandchildren, Jordon Miller, Jonathan Miller, Lyndsay Miller and Kristen Wheeler.

Private graveside funeral services at Richland Cemetery, St. Clairsville will be held on Friday with Pastor Ray Benesh officiating.  Full Military Honors will be conducted by the Moundsville Honor Guard.
