Harold V. Clark, age 84, of Country Club Retirement Center in Bellaire, Ohio, died Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. He was born November 2, 1921 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late William and Elva Gatten Clark.

Harold was a retired employee from the Ormet Corporation. He was a member of the Bellaire Eagles Aerie # 371; a member of the Bellaire IAC; and a U. S. Army veteran of World War II.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha E. Porter Clark; three brothers, William, Roy and Peck Clark; four sisters, Dorcas Grimes, Willa Butler, Ethel Kinder and Beulah Dunlap.

He is survived by two sons, Rodney (Charlotte) Clark and Wayne Clark both of St. Clairsville; a sister, Opal Steele of Westerville; three grandchildren, Layla Clark of Maui, Hawaii, Natalie Clark of St. Clairsville and Christopher Clark of St. Clairsville; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
