BROWN, Harce Jr. "Butch", 63, went home to be with his Lord on April 19, 2014 at his home.

He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on July 1, 1950, son of Florence E. Jackson Brown and the late Harce M. Brown Sr.

Butch was retired, previously working in coal mines, as a nurse's aide at Park Health Center and continuous care at Wheeling Hospital and several other jobs. He coached little league and pee wee league baseball. He was a 1968 graduate of Bellaire High School. He is a member of Hillcrest Bible Church in Bethesda.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon Brown of Parkersburg, WV; his mother, Florence Brown of Shadyside, Ohio; children, April and Dominic Hopkins of Bellaire, Joyce Mitchell, Harce Brown III of Brilliant, Ohio, Norman Miller, Misty Miller and Richard Dillon, Robert and Tammy Miller and Diane and Rex Hutson all of Parkersburg, WV; a sister, Linda McCabe of Bellaire, Ohio and a brother, Morris Brown of Lake City, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; 26 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until time of services at 7 p.m. with Rev. Jack Palmer officiating.
