Gregory R. Mattern, 64, of ResCare's Pine View Group Home 1A, Belmont, Ohio, died Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Wheeling Hospital.

He was born on September 3, 1954 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of Donald Mattern and Denise Flack Mattern.

Greg treasured his Pine View family and friends.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating.  Burial will be in Oak View Cemetery.
