Gordon Andrew Nagy, 83, of Bannock, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.  He was born February 6, 1942 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Andrew Paul Nagy and Thelma Dolores Dlesk Price.

Gordon was retired from St. Clairsville Water Treatment Plant as an operator, attended the United Methodist Church in Bannock, and proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1964-1966.  He served as the secretary of the Eastern Ohio Amateur Wireless Association and was a member of the St. Clairsville RC Fliers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Nagy

Surviving are his loving wife, Emilie Lou Evans Nagy of Bannock; his two sons, Scott (Mellisa) Nagy and Curtis Nagy both of Columbus; two grandchildren, Rez and Melia Nagy.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 am until time of funeral services at 1 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Al Hoder officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.

Full Military Honors will be conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
