Tomlinson, Gladys I., age 75, of St. Clairsville, died Thursday, March 6, 2008 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry.
She was born October 20, 1932 at Pea Vine, Ohio, daughter of the late George and Goldia Willison Graham.
Gladys was a homemaker and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 159.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Edison "Poke Root" Tomlinson; a son, Ricky L. Tomlinson; four brothers, Arlie, Ray and Harry Graham and Robert Willison; and a sister, Rhea Graham.
Surviving are her two sons, Mick Tomlinson and his wife Debbie of Moundsville, West Virginia and Brad Tomlinson and his wife Diane of Hilliard, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Judy Hall Tomlinson of Farmington; four grandchildren, Kevin, Michael, Zach and Jeff (Cynthia) Tomlinson; one great grandson Alex; three brothers, George Graham of Powhatan Point, Clyde Graham of Baltimore, Ohio and John Graham of Barnesville; a sister, Alice Perkins of Beallsville.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. and again on Monday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 12 Noon with Pastor Tina Gallaher officiating. Burial follows at Armstrong Cemetery in Armstrongs Mills.
