Obituary
George Joseph Kinsey, Jr., 63 of Bellaire, Ohio died Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the home of his daughter in Belmont, Ohio.
He was born August 21, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late George Kinsey, Sr. and Tersa Brookover Kinsey.
George was a self employed mechanic.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Louis, Glen, Gary, Robert, and Stanley Kinsey, and John Brookover; sisters, Betty Hoover and Patricia Smith.
Surviving are four children, Tersa (Richard) Palmer of Belmont, Joseph Kinsey of Reno, Ohio, Beulah (Brock) Ritz of Bellaire, and Veronica (Jerry) Watson of Russells Point, Ohio; brother, Frank Kinsey of St. Clairsville; sister, Shirley McCarthy of Bethesda; grandchildren, Jade, Autum, and Rosie Palmer, Chase Ritz, Nolan Gammeter, Brianna Funkhouser, Destany and Caleigh Pastva, Quintin and Leonna Kinsey; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
