George L. Graham, 83, of Powhatan Point, Ohio died Saturday, June 13, 2020 in Acuity Specialty Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio.

He was born on May 12, 1937 in Armstrongs Mills, Ohio, a son of the late George and Goldia Willison Graham.

George was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.  He was a retired employee from Ormet Corporation (Conalco) lower plant.  He was a member of the Church of Christ in Powhatan Point where he preached. George was an avid baseball player in his prime and he enjoyed golfing.

In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Juanita Mae VanDyne Graham; a grandson, Zachary David Lance; five brothers, Arlie, Ray, Harry and John Graham and Robert Willison; and two sisters, Rhea Graham and Gladys Tomlinson.

Surviving are his daughter, Lynette (David) Lance of Powhatan Point; a granddaughter, Erin Renee Lance of Powhatan Point; a brother, Clyde Graham of Pickerington, Ohio; a sister, Alice (Marvin) Perkins of Beallsville; several nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and mask requirements will be followed during a visitation held for family and close friends on Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio.  A private service with Lee Biles officiating, will be held Thursday with burial in Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan Point, Ohio.
