George David Fairbanks, 83, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away at his home on August 3, 2019.

He was born September 26, 1935 in Bridgeport, Ohio, a son of the late George E. and Mary Callarik Fairbanks.

In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jessica and a grandson, Angel.

Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years, BettyAnn Bondy Fairbanks; daughters, Mary Beth (Kevin) of Washington State and Claudia of St. Clairsville; a son, George (Joyce) of Colorado and eight grandchildren.

George was retired from Columbia Gas and retired from the United States Army.

Private services were held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with burial in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.
