Gayle Bostancic Hunt, age 97, of St. Clairsville, OH died Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at Forest Hill Nursing Home, St. Clairsville. She was born April 10, 1906 at Glencoe, daughter of the late Frank and Frances Grodnik Bostancic.

She was a retired Store Manager from the former M & K Grocery Store at Martins Ferry and Neffs and the former Wise Store at Glencoe; she was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church at St. Clairsville; and a member of the SNPJ Lodge at Chicago.

In addition to her parents, Gayle was preceded in death by her husband, J. Raymond Hunt; three sisters, Frances Plahuta, Anna Gibson and June Bostancic and two brothers Ludwig and Frank Bostancic.

She is survived by a brother, Edward Bostancic of St. Clairsville.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Friday, November 14, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Laurie Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
