Gary L. Phillips, 58, of Shadyside, OH died Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born December 18, 1962 in Bellaire, OH., a son of the late Russell B. and Erma M. Dunfee Phillips.

Gary was a former activities assistant of the Bishop Hodges Nursing Home, Wheeling and a member of the Moundsville Baptist Church.  Gary loved his family and enjoyed camping, gardening, bowling, collecting Titanic memorabilia, Star Trek and Amusement Parks.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Terri Ann Robbins Phillips in 2020; a sister, Diane M. Phillips.

Surviving are his children, Rebecca Perry of Muncie, IN., Emily (Steven) Kuhn of Shadyside; siblings, Russell (Debbie) Phillips, Jr. of Albany, OH., Donna (Brian) Caddell of St. Clairsville, OH., and Keith Phillips of Shadyside; six grandchildren, Miley Conners, Landon and Addisyn Perry, Autumn Cuichta, Haiden and Watson Kuhn; several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.

Friends received on Saturday from 10 am until time of funeral services at 1 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Bellaire.
