G. Vivian Cuiksa, 88 of Jacobsburg, Ohio formerly of Fairpoint died Friday, June 5, 2015 at her home.

She was born February 5, 1927 in St. Clairsville, a daughter of the late Bert Hughes and Nettie Mae Jones Hughes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Robert Tyrell, Adam Talarovich, and Albert Cuiksa; a daughter, Brenda Ross; infant daughter, Beth Ann Tyrell; Brothers, George Hughes, Wayne Hughes, David Allen Hughes, and Rick Hughes; a sister, Virginia Taylor; granddaughter, Ann Marie Tyrell; great granddaughters, Stephanie Faulkner, Brittany Faulkner, and Amber Tyrell.

Surviving are a daughter, Janet (Joe) Gray of Jacobsburg; sons, Bob "Butch" Tyrell and Randy (Terri) Tyrell both of Flushing; sisters, Betty Thomas of Flushing, Jean Paxton of Bannock, and Barbara Daley of St. Clairsville; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m with Rev. David Powell officiating.

Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
