Franklin Noah "Frank" Thomas, 53, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, after a long battle of end stage renal disease at WVU Wheeling Hospital.  He was born March 9, 1971, in Moundsville, West Virginia, a son of Shirley and the late Jack Thomas, Sr. of Moundsville, West Virginia.

Frank was a devoted employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh / ArcelorMittal Steel until he had to retire at an early age due to health reasons.  Frank enjoyed cruising and yearly vacations with family and friends.  He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and pappy.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Tyler.

Frank leaves behind his mother, Shirley Rine Thomas; his wife of 24 years, Angela Waugh Thomas; his children, Noah (Shay Davis) Thomas, Rebekah (Jacob) Bailey and Brooklyn Thomas; grandsons, Hudson Lee Bailey and Malaki Nightengale; siblings, Kenny (Tina Roberts) Tyler, Jack Thomas, Jr., Jackalyn (Justin) McGlumphy and Buddy (Heather Renzella) Thomas; father and mother in law, Johnny and Sandra Waugh; several aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 6 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with medical expenses.
