Frank T. March, 89, of Fairpoint-Maynard Rd., St. Clairsville, Ohio, formerly of Cleveland, died Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Country View Care Center of Sunbury, Ohio.

He was born July 3, 1925 in Duncanwood, Ohio, son of the late Joseph and Sophia Hojacki March.

Frank was a retired employee from Eaton Corporation's Axel Division in Cleveland and a former serviceman from Sears and Roebuck in Wheeling. He was a member of the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Maynard. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps; a member of the PNA in Martins Ferry and graduate of ATI School in Chicago specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning. Frank was a member of the Columbus Honor Flight Program and made the trip of honor to Washington, DC with his niece Kathy Norris in May of 2014.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary R. Zavacky March; three brothers, Stanley, Adam and Anthony March; and a sister, Josephine Dobson.

Frank is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville at 11 a.m. on Saturday, with Father Thomas Chillog as celebrant. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

Full Military Honors will be provided on Saturday in the cemetery by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
