Frank M. Kutay, 83, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born January 26, 1942, in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio, a son of the late Victor Kutay Sr. and Stella Miller Kutay.

Frank was a retired farmer and coal miner for the Arlan Mine in Moundsville, West Virginia. He was a member of the United Mine Workers Association Local 1110. He enjoyed fishing and going to Tappan Lake. He was an all around great guy.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Marion and Victor Kutay Jr., and a sister, Eleanor Kutay.

He is survived his siblings, Carl (Cecilia) Kutay and Carol Thomas; nieces, Debra Kutay, Barbara (Jim) Smith, Sharon (Rusty) White, Heather and Nicole Thomas; nephews, Michael (Laurie) Kutay, David (Arlene) Kutay, Daniel and Christopher White, Marion, Ryan, and Benjamin Kutay; and a sister-in-law, Irene Kutay.

Honoring Frank's wishes, no visitation or funeral services are planned.
