Frank W. Jackson, 87, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died August 3, 2020 at Park Health Center.

He was born June 1, 1933 in St. Clairsville, Ohio a son of the late Newton F. Jackson and Julia Mae Gardner Jackson.

Frank was a retired employee from Sebulsky Steel in St. Clairsville.  He was a member of Shiloh Temple Church in Bridgeport.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Thelma Louise Kennedy Jackson; two sisters, Audra Jackson and Nina Pryor; two brothers, Fred and Tom Jackson.

Surviving are his daughter, Saundra Kennedy of Columbus; two sisters, Marva Collier and Martha Ann Dennard both of Dayton; a brother, Richard "Dick" Jackson of St. Clairsville; also survived by much loved niece and nephew Carlena and Raymond and cousins; his godchild, Brooke Agnew; Caressa Hutchins Wilson and Melanie Hutchins Ifhu; and other special children he and Thelma helped raise.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during a visitation at Shiloh Temple in Bridgeport on Monday from 11 a.m. until time of Service at Noon with Pastor Tyron C. Spencer officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.
