Francis R. Bulian, 78, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Park Health Center in St. Clairsville.
He was born in McMechen, WV., son of the late Marion and Minnie Wenzel Bulian.
He was an ironworker, Superintendent of J.M. Valan Co., Wheeling, WV for 10 years, and he then owned and operated the St. Clair Party Center for the next 32 years.
Frank enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Oglebay Woodcarvers Guild for 15 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Matthew; 2 brothers; 4 sisters.
Surviving are his daughters, Karen Bulian of Summerville, SC, and Kathy (Ray) Smith of Belmont; a son, Mikel Bulian of St. Clairsville; former wife and business partner, Martha Bulian of St. Clairsville; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being made for cremation by his long time friends at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville. At his request there will be no viewing.
