Obituary
Frances E. Minder, age 88, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday, October 23, 2005 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born January 30, 1917 in St. Clairsville, Ohio, daughter of the late Edward and Mary Moore Egy.
Frances was a retired employee from Efaw Battery in St. Clairsville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. Minder; a sister, Mary Jean Loy; and a half-sister, Mildred Redd.
Surviving are her brother, Edward V. Egy of Unionport, Ohio; nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation or service. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Frances to the Belmont County Animal Shelter and Rescue, 45244 National Rd., St. Clairsville, OH 43950.
