Frances Ann Gilli, 84, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born October 10, 1941 in Maynard, Ohio, a daughter of the late Peter Paul and Sophia Ann Sikora Wodarcyk.

Frances was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.  She was a former member of T.O.P.S., a 4-H Advisor and AARP.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Pete Wodarcyk; three sisters, Ann Worwa, Mary Shields and Rose Gansler.

Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Charles Gilli of St. Clairsville; her children, Charles Gilli, Jr. of Tampa, Florida and  Susan (Dave Underwood) Richardson of St. Clairsville, a brother, John (Mary Donna) Wodarcyk of St. Clairsville; four grandchildren, Sabrina Gilli, Caden Richardson, Zach Richardson and Everlee Underwood; a sister-in-law, Carol Gilli; two brothers-in-law, Jerry and James Gilli, all of Lafferty, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 1 pm until time of Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 2 pm at St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Clairsville with Fr. Thomas Chillog and Fr John Mucha as co-celebrants.  Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
