Funkhouser, Frances Marie, 71 of Glencoe, Ohio died Monday, January 17, 2011 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire.

She was born at Glencoe on January 8, 1940 a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Seevers Pierce.

Frances was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, JoAnn Junkins.

She is survived by her husband, Junior E. Funkhouser; her children, Kimberly (Donald) Verardi of West Alexander, PA, Eugene A. (Dawna) Funkhouser of Wheeling, Judith L. (David) Figueroa of Sayreville, NJ, Lisa M. Dobrich of Flushing, Jennifer (Matt) Totterdale of Diamondale, MI and Yolanda (David) Christy of Bellaire; brothers, Joe Pierce of Glencoe and Frank Pierce of St. Clairsville; a sister, Marlene Hubbard of St. Clairsville; 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
